Hawk On Health Online Store and Ordering Information

The Hawk On Health store is a secure site, powered by Pay Pal. All personal and credit card information is encrypted and sent over our secure server.

Depending on your browser's settings, you may receive a warning indicating that this site contains both secure and non-secure pages. The shopping pages are non-secure, but when you select order or checkout, you will be taken to the secure pages where a lock will appear in your browser window indicating that it is safe to process your confidential information. Payments Accepted:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. DVD orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours and shipped via USPS priority mail. Exercise equipment orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days.

Note to International Customers:

International orders will only be accepted via phone or fax to expedite the shipping process.  We appreciate your understanding.

Returns: 
Opened DVD’s cannot be returned unless the videos are found to be defective.  We will be happy to replace any defective tapes. 

Because these materials are easily reproduced, we generally do not accept returns on these items, mainly because we are unable to restock an unpackaged tape.  

While that is our general policy, feel free to write us if you are completely unsatisfied. In special circumstances we will consider returns for refund of the cost of product - shipping and handling fees excluded.

While the Hawk On Health on-line store is a secure site, we do provide options to place your order off-line. Order Off Line

This information is provided for those who prefer to place an order off line, via fax or mail only. Click here for printer friendly version! To buy products on-line, go to the ON-LINE STORE

1) Complete the Shipping and Billing Information by typing in the form fields provided.  (You may print the page and hand write the information as well.)

2) Print the page by either selecting your printer icon in your browser window or selecting file, then print.  (You can then delete your personal info from the form fields.)

3) Go to the On-Line Store or select items throughout the pages in the site. After clicking on the "order" button, a new page - your "shopping cart" - will open, displaying the item you selected along with the calculated shipping charge.

4) If you would like to add more items, select the "continue shopping" button.  You may get a security notice that you are leaving a secure area, but you have not processed any personal information so there is no need to worry!

5) After you have selected all your items, print the "shopping cart" page by either selecting your printer icon or going to file, then print.  Select "Empty Cart" then close the browser window where your shopping cart page was printed.  This deletes your order.

Because we are primarily an on-line business, we do not have a toll-free number. However, for your convenience, we will be happy to take your order by phone and will deduct $1.00 off orders to cover the cost of your call.
