Heather was fortunate to have an incredibly positive role model in her mom, Janice. For many years they have encouraged one another as workout partners and business partners.  With Heather’s young start in her career, her mother accepted the early role as her manager.  As Heather’s career developed Janice played an integral role in creating the client base.  When Hawk On Health, LLC was established Janice was named Partner and this two woman team continues to succeed in their professional life as well as their personal health and fitness journeys.
