Heather is thrilled to be the host of the award winning television show “Get Hooked on Health” which can be seen on CCIN, Charter Communications Information Network, Wednesday through Friday at 9:30pm and on Saturday and Sunday at 7 and 9:30 pm.

Get the entire family fit and healthy…watch “Fit on Fox” with Heather Hawk every Monday and Wednesday on St. Louis’s KTVI Fox2 midday news 11am-noon.

“Take time for your health…you deserve it”
Listen to “Hawk on Health”, Heather’s nationally syndicated radio program. The one hour Health and Fitness show can be heard in St. Louis on KSLQ 1380AM every Saturday morning at 10am. “Hawk on Health” can also be heard streaming online at 1380espn.com, as well as in many cities across the country.

Mark your calendars for the Third Annual Get Hooked on Health Expo on January 6-7, 2007. The expo offers something for the entire family including interactive simulators, free screenings, a kids area and a long list of exhibitors providing samples, products and information that can be life enhancing and even life saving. Come see Heather as she hosts the BJC "Ask the Expert Stage" all day Saturday and Sunday with a variety of medical experts and information.

The Wedding Show at America's Center...Come learn how to get fit for your wedding! Brides and Bridesmaids can tighten and tone for the upcoming special day with Heather's DVD "I Now Pronounce You...Fit For A Wedding". Stop by the booth all day Saturday and Sunday at The Wedding Show at America's Center, 11-4.

Get Fit for Your Wedding Day and the Rest of Your Lives presented by St. Luke's Hospital. Beginning at 1pm Heather will discuss staying healthy and fit as a couple. At 1:30 Heather will moderate a panel discussion with physicians from St. Luke's. From 2-4 there will be breakout sessions on healthy cooking, couples massage, pregnancy, as well as several health and wellness vendors.

2007 Gift of Life Fashion Show to benefit The American Liver Foundation. This is a fashion show with a twist – clothing will be modeled by organ transplant recipients and donors, as well as local celebrities. Heather is honored to be an Honorary committee member and model for her 9th year.Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. with a silent auction,lunch, and the fashion show will begin at noon. Audience members will have the opportunity to try on and purchase any of the 3,000 plus fashions showcased at the event. Tickets are $50. Life Skills 3rd Annual "Walk Run-n-Roll" at Tower Grove Park's Pool Pavillion at 9am. This event is for all ages, skill levels, and abilities. It includes a 5k competitive Walk Run-n-Roll, a 5k fun Walk Run-n-Roll, and a 1 mile fun Walk Run-n-Roll. Life Skills helps people with developmental and other disabilities to live and work with dignity in our community by helping them find and maintain employment, live independently, and learn to develop skills to make new friends.
